Very happy with both the service and the results. The team was prompt, efficient and left my car looking as close to new as possible for a 16 year old car.

Very responsive scheduling. Detailers arrived on time and prepared. I had an interior only detail and they did a great job.

I'm very particular about my cars. Ian and I had worked together before on a wash-and-wax for our BMW SUV, and I was so impressed with his professional approach and fantastic work that he was an easy call when it came time for something bigger.

This time we had both of our Tesla Model 3s ceramic coated, and Ian's Elite Mobile Detailing exceeded every expectation. The prep work and attention to detail were meticulous, the coating looks flawless on both cars, and the hydrophobic effect is exactly what you hope for — deep, glossy, and slick to the touch. You can tell he uses top-tier products and genuinely takes pride in his work. Doing two cars back to back within a week was no problem at all.

Add in the convenience of mobile service (he came right to our driveway), easy communication, and fair pricing, and it's an easy five stars. His wife is an absolute delight to work with for scheduling and any questions along the way.
If you want your Tesla protected and looking its absolute best, give Ian a call and schedule ASAP. We're already booking him again for our BMW SUV, plus regular maintenance every 10 to 12 weeks. Best detailer in Charlotte, hands down.

Ian and his team were fantastic. Quick to answer (other detailers were not), quicker and easier to schedule (others were not), great communications, he arrived on time, and my car hasn't looked better.

I used the interior service after a milkshake made its way onto a seat and the floor under the seat. Ian was here for about 4 hours, and shared text updates throughout his work. Very detailed, extremely professional, and meticulous.

I'm a first time user and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Ian's Elite did an incredible job on one of our cars, working on it for five solid hours, and it looks new inside and out! Excellent attention to detail. Their Gold service is worth every penny, and I'm now on their maintenance plan. Professional, responsive, quick scheduling, and easy payment. I can't recommend them enough!

What a professional! Exceeded expectations. Ian worked on cleaning my car for most of the day, and the results inside and out were fantastic. Would recommend without hesitation to my most persnickety friends. We're already having him back to clean another car of ours. Highly recommended.

I had my wife's BMW X5 detailed and couldn't be happier with the results. Ian arrived right on time, fully equipped, and handled everything with great care and attention to detail. The exterior looked showroom-ready, the interior was spotless, both carpets and mats thoroughly cleaned, and every surface looked brand new.

You can really tell Ian takes pride in his work. Communication was easy, pricing was fair, and the convenience of having it done at home made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this service to anyone who wants their car to look its absolute best without lifting a finger.

We already booked our next detailing!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! The team was extremely detailed, kind, and clearly takes pride in their work—they didn’t cut any corners. With two kids, my car definitely showed the mess of everyday life, but after they finished, it honestly looked brand new. I’m beyond impressed and so grateful. I’ll absolutely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch car detailing!

Ian is easy to communicate with and makes it happen! Will continue to use this entire team

Highly recommend Ian’s Elite Mobile Detailing. They are punctual, communicative, thorough, and exhibit great attention to detail. Scheduling is easy and flexible. I purchased the interior detailing package and after the service, my car was looking brand new which is hard to do with the disasters that children create!

Needed a service van cleaned immediately for a new technician, prior driver used it as a homeless encampment. I asked on Nextdoor but meh, texted Ians Elite mobile detailing and his wife got back immediately, explained my needs and I told her I would take Tuesday iff thats all she had, she called back later that day and said they could do it Sunday (yesterday). Got here 9am went to work and about 2.5 hours later the interior was sanitized, steamed, scrubbed, organized and not one trace of an encampment.
His two men were polite and thorough.
Ian came by 2x to inspect there work, professional crew and communication and thats what meant the most to me.

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! Ian’s Elite Mobile Detailing did an outstanding job on my truck. Their work ethic was top-notch – they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and gave the truck the attention to detail it deserved.
Communication was clear, professional, and timely, which made the whole process seamless. The results were incredible – my truck looks better than it has in years, inside and out. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ian's Elite Mobile Detailing, and I couldn't be more impressed. Ian dedicated his entire day, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, working on our vehicles in sweltering 97-degree temperatures. His commitment to providing exceptional service in such challenging conditions truly speaks volumes about his work ethic.

We just bought two new vehicles six months ago, but they sit out in the harsh Charlotte sun. We are committed to keeping our cars looking like new, and with Ian's thorough detailing, we will! His attention to detail and professionalism surpassed our expectations.

Given our satisfaction with the service, we decided to sign up for a quarterly maintenance package – it's worth every penny! I highly recommend Ian’s Elite Mobile Detailing to anyone looking to refresh their vehicles and maintain that like-new shine. Fantastic service, and we will definitely continue using their services!
